Complete Remission! We may not have gotten that news yesterday if not for the generosity of the Lazarex Cancer Foundation. My beautiful 24 year old daughter Erin has been fighting relapsed Stage IV Hodgkin’s Lymphoma over the last 2-1/2 years. She received a Stem Cell Transplant for relapsed Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in April 2018. Through the generosity of Lazarex, we were able to participate in a clinical trial for immunotherapy maintenance treatments post transplant– to keep her cancer away for good. This required travel from PA to Nashville every other week for an infusion at Sarah Cannon Research Center over a six month period. Our travel expenses were 100% reimbursed by the Lazarex Foundation. Erin is now completing the last semester of her Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance. She plans to travel to Germany to pursue a career in Opera. Thank you Lazarex for giving my daughter a second chance at life!
